I sold my house 3 days after putting it on the market which I attribute in large part to having “Staged®” it. Sheila walked me through the whole “Staging®” process, from choosing paint for every room to hanging snowy white towels (touch at your own peril!) in the bathrooms. When Sheila approached me about Staging® my home for sale I was somewhat dubious. After all, I had sold my parent’s house, which was all but falling down, without doing any improvements or Staging®. However it took six months to sell and we had to reduce the price.
